"Excellent"

The location is excellent and the staff on reception were exceptionally helpful. The room was very clean and accessible.

The hotel does not have a bar or lounge area so there is nowhere to sit and relax inside. However, all in all it was really good value and I would highly recommend it.

A hidden oasis of calm in a pretty edgy area. Lovely modern room and friendly helpful staff. Great communication before arrival which made everything easier.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. Could not do enough for you to make you enjoy your stay with them. Very modern hotel, lovely rooms and the surrounding gardens are very well maintained.

Apart from possibly having more warm options at breakfast, not much we didn’t like about the property

"Eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Altstadt"

Tolle Lage, von außen unscheinbar und abweisend, im Inneren eine Oase inmitten der Großstadt, der Garten ist traumhaft, es gibt sogar einen Pool der Concierge super freundlich, die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet , es gibt ein hervorragendes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, die Altstadt Palermos ist in Gehweite zu erkunden! Trotz zentraler Lage wunderbar ruhig 😀

Der Pool hätte kühler sein können- hatte leider Whirlpool Temperatur , sonst aber sehr schön! Unser Zimmer war etwas finster, dafür sehr angenehm vom Raumklima
