I paid for the reservation and came with my luggage, and hostes just said that we didn't have any beds and cancel the reservation

Kindness staff

The location was very good, it was clean. We arrived quite late because our train was delayed and the hostel staff waited for us which was nice You could rent towels if needed

You had to pass through our room to get to the other rooms in the hostel so it felt like we had no privacy. It was felt more like a hallway. There was only two toilets and two showers, if the hostel was busier I feel like there would not enough toilets. It was quiet when we were there but we still had a wait for the bathroom. Shower head was also broken so you had to hold it in the shower. There were spare beds stored under the bunkbeds so we couldn’t put our bags away, staff kept walking by in the morning when doing laundry and kicked our stuff out of his way. The staff actually stayed in the Hostel with us so it felt like we were always being watched, someone in the hostel also complained to the staff about my friend coughing and he pulled her to side to ask her if she was sick.

Very cool hostel in a beautiful building. Friendly staff. Clean.
