Location is fantastic. Space is very clean and new. Good traditional breakfast!

This hotel has one of the best locations in Santiago. The hotel is literally steps away from the Plaza Obradoiro and a few steps outside the hotels door is one of the best views of the Cathedral of Santiago. We stayed in a superior room next to the small plaza area outside of the hotel which is served by a group of restaurants/bar/cafe providing easy dining options for the hotel guests. The food and the choices are very good with each of the restaurants vying for customer approval. While the hotel has these convenient adjacent located dining areas, in your bedrooms you will have a quiet peaceful sleep. Our rooms double paned windows kept the noise from the lively eating areas out of your room ensuring a tranquil and quiet respite from the constant activities nearby. The room is well-lit and artfully designed with stone and wood motifs. The bathroom has rain shower/wand and very good water pressure. There is hot water when you need it. The bed was very comfortable and will help one sleep. The room has functioning air conditioning which guests can control. There is a coffee/espresso maker in the room which the staff will come in and check with you daily to make sure coffee and supplies are stocked. The staff is attentive to the guests and engage happily with their guests. They took extra action to make our stay truly wonderful. This is place is top notch in terms of service, design, function, comfort and location.

Great location, near the Cathedral.

Open bathroom layout (no door) with glass toilet and shower doors. No privacy. The lighted mirror would not turn off at night.

Location location location- right off the steps off the cathedral square ! So close to all the night music and restaurants.

The bathrooms could be better - no separation between toilet and bath- the water goes everywhere. Rooms are small!

El hotel es muy cómodo. Tiene una ubicación excelente, al lado de la Catedral. Muy prolijo, limpio y bien atendido!!

The hotel is very modern inside and clean, it’s in a very convenient location for those of us visiting the Cathedral after the Camino.

The breakfast was ok but not very many options.

Staff were very helpful. I had a few questions they were very helpful with.
