The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for my needs.

The hotel did not allow online deliveries to be brought directly to the room, nor would the staff deliver them on behalf of guests, even when the order had already been paid for online. This was somewhat inconvenient. I would suggest that the hotel consider a more guest-friendly arrangement to make the process easier and more convenient for guests.

Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est inégal, cela dépend des jours....

Très peu de choix healthy au petit déjeuner, et peu de légumes. Les sols, les meubles, la salle de bain, les couloirs, l'ascenseur.... tous mériteraient un grand nettoyage. L'impression que toit "colle"....
