The approach with which Mohd Zeeshan Shaikh handled our situation and accepted the blame for poor service was great.

The room had broken blinds and curtains. The key card did not work for 2/3 nights we stayed there. Hot water system was broken for 2/3 nights we stayed. Staff was not helpful and smiled when we complained about the hot water. Restaurant were making special breakfast for some of the guests, but when we requested, were denied the breakfast rudely. They had extreme partiality for certain type of the guests and they were unfair with us. When we broght this up with the Manager, we were denied refund for the poor stay which is quite unprofessional and rude.

Location. Clean rooms. Very good AC. Breakfast was great.

My room on 6th floor, bathroom was a bit tired.

Breakfast was good but not many options for a none indian style, they do good omelettes on request. The food in the restaurant is also good, there are no suitable options in the vicinity of the hotel. The location is great for access to the Aqua line metro, about a 10 mins walk. Staff are friendly and helpful enough. The rooms are spacious and clean and bottled water is suplied daily.

The hotel is a bit past its best, although a good enough hotel, I wouldn't recommend to first time India travellers and there are better located hotels to see Mumbai.

This is honestly one of the best hotels in Mumbai. Even though it’s located in a very busy area, the hotel is extremely quiet — you barely hear any noise at all. The location is super convenient, close to the metro, hospitals, and shopping areas. The staff were all very polite, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohameed zeeshan Shaikh for the warm welcome and for really listening to us. He was incredibly respectful and professional, which made our stay even better.
