"Um in Mumbai anzukommen hervorragend geeignetes Hotel mit zentraler Lage"

Insgesamt gutes bis sehr gutes Hotel. Personal überwiegend freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Sehr gute Lage. Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch sonst bot das Restaurant sehr gutes, schmackhaftes Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Jeden Tag wurden die Betten frisch bezogen, die Handtücher gewechselt und reichlich Trinkwasser bereitgestellt.

Im Gegensatz zum letzten Aufenthalt waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht so zufrieden. Nachdem wir das bemängelt hatten, wurde es behoben. Unserem Wunsch nach mehr Handtüchern (es gab lediglich ein großes Duschtuch pro Person und ein kleines Handtuch für beide) wurde leider nicht nachgekommen. Trotz Anfrage Monate voraus war kein früherer Check-in möglich. Auch bei der Übermittlung der Zahlungsbestätigung gibt es ein paar Holprigkeiten (wie schon beim letzten Aufenthalt).
