Water leak from sink in upstairs bathroom on Saturday morning. We turned the water off at the mains so we couldn't have showers before we left.

It’s close to supermarket, free parking near the street.

There are no entertainment at all, it’s a false advertisement about activities. not enough kitchen equipment for 9 people, no fan provided very warm rooms in upstairs harder to sleep during summer.

Close to the station so easy to get to the stadium of light. Ideal for travelling there or into town!

Beds not the comfiest with very thin mattresses. Given the size of the house the lounge area was very small - luckily there were only two of us so suited us ok for the limited time we were in the flat. Very uncomfortable sofas however! The apartment felt a bit tired and in need of a bit of an update re: carpets.

Where do I start? When we arrived the place stunk of tobacco smoke in the living area and kitchen....there was damp evident on the walls....dirty marks everywhere....the carpets were filthy...toilets seats broken....curtain tracks hanging off....broken shower heads.. TV didn't work! The decor...altho had just been refurbished so we were told....was poor and badly painted....the throws on the beds were stained...along with the cushions! This place is advertised as being out friendly...but the back yard was full of rubbish...black bags.. broken glass...cigarette ends....and general filth! I would not allow my dog to go out in this! Tiles hanging off walls....the location.. altho not advertised.... you will notice that there are no photos of location or the living area.. is above a shop... overlooking aldi and lidl! The area pelaw is rough and dangerous! We contacted the owners straight away with our concerns.. and they suggested opening windows! As for any sort of compensation for the state of the place....they just ignored our messages! The place was really disgusting....and we actually found a baby's bottle a water bottle and a bag of what looked like a dubious substance under the couch! We were assured that the place had been cleaned! This apartment has obviously been used for parties of the recreational kind....even tho it says in the rules that it wouldn't be! The owners even had the cheek to say that they were taking a deposit for any damage!!! Something I've never come across on booking .com! All in all....if you want to stay in rough area...and don't mind putting up with a tatty stinking apartment that has been previously used for god knows what...then this is the place for you! Oh...did I mention that it was £228 for two nights!!! An absolute liberty! If you value you safety and have standards....don't stay here!!!!
