Buena recepción del personal, facilidad de entrada incluso tarde. Buena ubicación

Almohada muy incomoda, había manchas negras de humedad en el techo. Calidad precio un poco alto, aunque en Bilbao está todo muy caro.

Todo el complejo es completo, obviamente en el marco de una residencia estudiantil. El sistema de ingreso electrónico/digital es muy cómodo, así como el pre-check-in online. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La ubicación es muy buena si de pretende utilizar la estación de autobús.

La limpieza puede ser ligeramente mejor. Y la ubicación es un poco lejana en caso de querer recorrer todo a pie (sentido casco histórico), pero para nada grave. Jabón en el baño hubiera sido un lindo detalle.
