Ubicación

Durante toda mi estancia estuvo el extractor de la cocina encendido. Informe desde el momento en el que llegue a recepción, me dijeron que lo estaban arreglando pero durante los siguientes dias siguió el ruido sin cesar. Cada vez que baje a recepción a pedir información me daban una razon distinta del problema. Pedi a ver si me podían cambiar de habitación, o dejarme hacer el checkout 1h mas tarde para poder descansar un poco o un reembolso parcial. A todo me dijeron que no y que no habia nada que pudiesen hacer al respecto. No pude descansar apenas durante mi estancia por el puñetero ruido constante a 2m de mi cama. Habia hecho reservas previamente en este alojam pero no creo que vuelva a repetir por la falta de ayuda del equipo.

"Not as advertised"

Proximity to the bus station.

What was provided in terms of facilities and amenities was not as advertised. I was advised I could leave a small bag while I hiked the Camino. The morning of my departure to the Camino, staff refused to store my bag. This was stressful and it cost me €50 to mail it to Santiago de Compostela, my end destination.

La propreté, la proximité avec San Mamès, chambre confortable et bien équipée.

Le changement des draps et nettoyage de ma chambre qui n'a pas du tout été fait mis à part à l'arrivée.

"Ubicación de diez"

La ubicación es buenísima, el sitio es nuevo y los recepcionistas muy amables. Sitio amplio y las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño.

La habitación estaba llena de polvo, tengo alergia y pasé unos días horribles, la almohada era infumable, aparte de que las sábanas tenían manchas.

"It was ok, location convenient, close to bus station"

We liked the coffe shop next to our accommodation , staff as well

We didn’t have anything in the kitchen so we couldn’t use it. We asked about that but they said is a student accommodation so they are bringing their own cuttleries , plates, etc…so not for us

Un 10, lo recomiendo muchísimo en cuanto a calidad, ubicación (al lado de parada de metro, bus, supermercados), limpieza y tranquilidad. Por poner algún pero que ya que saben que no somos estudiantes y vamos de paso podrian poner algún cubierto o un bote típico de hotel de champu/gel, por lo demás genial
