O complexo é ótimo. Tem controle de entrada e Segurança 24h.

O quarto onde ficamos não correspondia com a foto. Não tinha os utensílios e equipamentos mostrados. Havia somente um filtro de água, alguns pratos e talheres, não tinha cafeteira e os itens mostrados na foto do anúncio, de cozinha mesmo, somente o espaço. A foto do SPA não corresponde apesar do atual ser bom.

Falta de cuidado total. Rodo embaixo da cama. Materiais de limpeza junto com o armário de alimentos. Não tinha sequer sabonetes. Dispenser/porta-xampu quebrado. Toalhas velhas, finas, duras. Copos desfalcados. Sem taças para vinho. Deixou muito a desejar.

Fiz uma reserva com pagamento não reembolsável para um apartamento no Brisas do Lago. Cancelaram a minha estadia. E me realocaram para um hotel nas condições supracitadas. Muito aquém do que o minimamente aceitável. Lastimável e decepcionante.
