Dirty and with small bugs on the walls. Smells from the arabic takeaway restaurant. People going in and out of the building all the time, you could hear everything at any time of the day. People knocking the door at 2AM. No window cover.

The room was so warm and cozy. I really enjoyed it.

Has most things, even a kitchen, central location

Theres absolutely no soundproofing and ventilation. There was a gay couple next door pounding away and i heard them from 11pm to 6am so i had no sleep before my flight. Theres no staff to control the noise so you guys can just do whatever i guess. Also, there were people smoking and the smell wafted through the room and into my nose. If you're sensitive to this, we'll...good luck with your stay. Facilities are crappy tbh, the toilet was wobbly lol, the lamp was wobbly.

If you can find a room in the north of England, that is better value than here snap it up. The only issue I found was the tv was difficult to use.

Well equipped and cosy. Excellent instructions from the host to get to the property and arrange access.

Couldn’t get hot water out of the shower.
