Location was perfect for the high street

Very palatial and comfortable.

Its should have been 5 stars throughout but one concern regarding a very loose and precarious mixer tap at the kitchen sink prevented the rating. Anyone using the property for a longer period may rely on that tap being properly functional. Fortunately it did not really affect myself and colleague as we were out much of the time and rarely used the kitchen area.

All on ground floor, and proximity to town centre.

Maybe another toilet/ shower room would be handy if 6 staying.

Lovely decor and spotlessly clean

Kitchen & bathroom very cold in winter , think radiators need bled as some parts not heating up. Also had a bit of trouble getting access to property as no one had contacted me with info beforehand about how to get in & I had to make 3 calls to customer service b4 I finally got the code whilst outside in the rain .

Didn’t have breakfast but absolutly loved the house and location on booking staff could not do enough for you and were really helpful can’t wait to come back next year the price was excellant

Found the house a bit cold Evan when heating was on will try and come back when the weather is a bit warmer next year that was the only fault

Beautiful finishes spacious,comfortable and spotless. Located close to centre of town very convenient for everything.

Only one small problem for our friends who stayed with us was the noise from the traffic (they slept in the front bedroom).

Lovely apartment, very clean and great location.

Absolutely freezing cold. Heating not controllable at the property, had obviously not been on when we arrived and wasn’t set to come on, so not welcoming at all. Temps that night were forecast to be near zero so it was a very long evening and night. Comms to resolve this were very poor and strangely there is an out of hours link up with the Phillipines which didn’t work effectively in our circumstances. They could do with swapping the decorative logs in their photos out for a log burner! The single glazing at the property doesn’t help with the temp and if you’re in the front bedroom you’ll hear work traffic start around 7am. So I’d suggest you don’t go during a cold period and take ear plugs.
