La habitación estaba bien

El hotel estaba en construcción, ruido y polvo todo el tiempo, además bajamos a desayunar 30 minutos antes de que se acata la hora del desayuno y nos dijeron que ya no había sino unos huevos revueltos simples y un pan. Re malo en servicio.

Ontbijt prima, niet overdadig maar ruim voldoende. Receptie medewerkers erg behulpzaam met name Erika. Goede douche, goede bedden en kussens. Geen airco op de kamer. Raam kon open, daardoor wel wat meer straatgeluid.

my stay was, unfortunately, ruined by a girl at the front desk that decided to leave me without one extra towel - as she mentioned “hotel only has one towel available per room, we don’t have capacity for more and if we find one it will be something we will do very exceptionally for you”. imagine staying in an hotel that doesn’t have extra towels in case they get wet or ruined. I arrived after 26 hours of trip from Dubai and I was feeling exhausted and sick. I needed one extra towel as I have long hair and they also don’t provide face towels neither hair dryers. On the very last day, in the afternoon, someone contacted me on booking and actually told this is not true and there was plenty of towels and hair dryers. They basically only wanted to give me discomfort. The girl at the front desk, instead of apologising, she laughed at me. SKIP THIS PLACE!! (stairs to go upstairs are very small, extremely uncomfortable to go back and forth from bed to toilet. No shampoo or conditioner, only shower gel. No water bottles in the room).
