Nice pool and decent room. Friendly staff.

Very hard bed, not easy to sleep. Wifi was very intermittent and there's not much around the area.

Place was clean and staff was great. They need a major upgrade on the beds. It was like sleeping on concrete. A week if no sleep.

Not bad for the price. Beds are extremely hard and you'll want to buy a bed topper.

The price was very good and the housekeeping staff very polite and helpful. I liked the free coffee and tea available in the foyer. Free parking near the entrance.

The shower and bathroom tap in the first room had no hot water and were clogged with scale. The bathroom was so small I had to get into the shower to close the door. In the second room, the curtains were ripped and the mechanism broken, the shower had no power and only warmed up after several minutes but did not get hot. The bathroom sink had no plug, and did not get warm. There were no sockets at the desk area and the receptionist could not offer an extension lead. No gold book to the hotel facilities - we had to find our own taxis and laundry services. Other products for sale in the foyer were very much overpriced. The pool was small, and the toilets nearby were hardly working.
