Good location close to where tourist stuff is

We had no hot water for the shower and when I contacted the property via 5 phone calls and multiple texts I was ignored, also we arrived at 13:30 room wasn’t ready til 15:00 however there was a €15 charge for storing luggage which I feel wasn’t justified as every other hotel/apartment I’ve stayed at offers this service for free.

"Am stat de mai multe ori aici si o sa mai stau"

Locatia, amplasarea, curatenia

Ar putea avea mai multe umerase( exista doar unul pentru fiecare loc) si capsule de cafea ptr tot sejurul ( am stat 3 nopti si capsule de cafea doar ptr prima zi).
