I paid for 2 days but i checked out next day because of bad room and washroom conditions ... No heating no warm water and room was super dirty and staff was rude

The location of the hotel was our personal choice as it was close to our friends and relatives, the hotel staff was cooperative, the room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was served on a call

The room was noisy may be it was the first room on the corridor next to stairs. There was no carpet on the floor since it is winter time kids get cold as they would walk and sit on the floor. Hot water was not available from evening till morning in this cold weather it is very difficult with kids, they should have electric heaters or alternate arrangements
