Great property, lovely vegan coffee shop in the same building!

I loved the hotel! Easy self check-in process, had all the amenities we needed and close by to a lot of different shops, breweries and restaurants! One thing for them to work on is responsiveness, I’ve asked for an early check-in, but did not receive a response through their text message service. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Beautiful sweets, well done rooms. Bed was comfy, unscented sheets - very much appreciated. Walkable destinations. Will recommend to everyone.

Lovely property. Checked in after hours, and checked out before the office opened. It was really stream lined! Easy check in. Everything was perfect. My only complaint would be the fruit flies. I could not even eat or sit and relax without being inundated by them(surrounding my food, flying in my mouth) crawling & landing on me while watching tv. Maybe it was just the suite that I was staying in, but I knowingly killed 30-35. Great location. Super safe. Quiet. Easy check in/out.

The property by itself is well designed and managed. Love the style and taste in every detail. No more mo less. Just perfect. Very comfortable. The cons are that the location is a bit out of downtown waterfront, and in a reviving area with lots of constructions.a bit creepy at the beginning. Street parking only. 1-2 hours only in the day time and 6pm-8am at night. It would make new visitors feel a bit more warm if there is anybody showing up at the reception. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. NOT even one single person/receptionist ever showed up. As a hospitality industry, you have lost that human touch.

Received after hours check in instructions that were unclear and incomplete. No elevator or assistance with bags up 40 steep steps to the third floor. Bed essentially on the ground. Coffee maker was broken and we never spoke to a person (or saw a person) entire time we were there. No ice. Loud street noise all night. Street parking with lots of late night foot traffic. As planning to stay again at the return of our trip - cancelled and booked elsewhere!
