All inclusive. Feels like home. Beds are so cozy. Horses are well cared for and available to ride.

The Ranch is a hidden treasure tucked into the sweet little historic town of Madison. GA. The food was exceptional (both dinner and breakfast), amenities were unique and thrilling, nice size room with very comfortable bed. We rode bikes and did a 1 hour horse riding session. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. It was the perfect romantic getaway.

The shower head / water pressure in the Magnolia could be improved. We thought the heated pool would be open. Somehow we missed that it was only open through November.

Very calm, homely and unique ranch experience that my family thoroughly enjoyed.

Two 70 yr old grandparents and an 8 and 10 yr old grandchildren just spent a fabulous week here. While the sleeping area was a little small and 1 bath a challenge the horse back riding, staff, food, camaraderie, pool, access to pasture and stables to feed our " mares", and bikes and games and game room was so much there were no electronics all week!! Only in the car returning home was there a request for the games....Fairly priced, food good especially for kids palate, and their responsibility was a plus-- they worked at getting the horses ready and returned to paddock and clearing tables, etc. It was good for their involvement. Access to washing machine for a small fee was such a plus as we got filthy ( way too much fun!) and had to wash clothes. Bring lots of carrots, apples, peppermints and bananas and be ready for memories! What was wonderful was how everyone got along-- one pool so all kids played together and shared s'mores together. We hope to be back with yet another grandchild next year.

The property was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were great! The room was spacious and the pool area was very inviting! The dinner buffet was filled with many delicious options to choose from and was very convenient. I would suggest a vent for the bathroom and possibly a mini fridge in each room. I would definitely love to return with my daughter and her friend for another stay.

Our family leases horses, and my daughters ride several times a week, so I was a bit concerned they might find the trail rides repetitive. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The freedom to explore the property on our own quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The landscape is absolutely stunning, with a variety of trails that made every ride feel like a new adventure. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious with an impressive variety that kept every meal exciting. We were expecting burger and fries and were surprised by Beef Wellington. We were there over lent meaning no meat on Fridays. The kitchen staff adjusted the menu to add multiple meat-free dishes to ensure we wouldn't go hungry. After the rides, the fun didn’t stop. The game room kept the kids entertained, and we loved spending time in the pastures feeding treats to the horses. Evenings were peaceful and relaxing as we sat on the deck outside our room, soaking in the views. Although the meals and rides were scheduled, the pace of the day never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to unwind, play games, and enjoy the beautiful grounds. It was the perfect balance of structure and freedom—an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
