Excellent place in the centre and close to the beach. Friendly owner quickly responded to requests.

Everything was great. Perhaps only the shower was a bit sprinkling in all directions.

We had an end apartment that is tastefully decorated, spacious, light and quiet. Doors open out to a front and back balconies but when closed shut out all the street noise. The apartment has a lift, is well appointed for self sufficient travellers and easy walking distance from the trains and boat harbours and the main shopping/eating streets. We loved it here and would stay again.

The location is not very nice. Two blocks over and it would be a different story, but the street is not nice and felt unsafe. The only parking - and this is not made clear by booking.com - is in a parking station 250m away and costs €20 euro per night extra. Traffic in Salerno is horrible and finding the parking station is ridiculously complicated. This is also one of those self-checkin establishments where there's nobody there to help you with your luggage or explain how the hotel works and what the facilities are. You can arrange to meet someone, but you need to accurately know your ETA which is near impossible if you're driving. Instead you are communicated via a series of WhatsApp messages with instructions. It was just not a hotel at all. No breakfast option, no staffed front desk and really this is more a hostel Stay 2 blocks closer to the sea (with parking) in a proper hotel and the experience would be completely different

A little difficult to find as the building is currently having the outside renovated so it’s surrounded by scaffolding. This did mean we couldn’t really use our balcony. Overall a great place to stay, well located and the owners were very accommodating letting us check in early and check out late to coincide with our train arrival and departure. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Location of apartament is absolutly the best in town - close to garage, lungomare, ferry, shops, everything in 5-10 minutes walk. Mister who was checking us in was very helpful, gave us lot of advices about Salerno and kept contact during our stay and answered every question. If you're looking for apartament in Salerno - no way there is a better one :)
