Everything was exactly what it looked like online. Loved the location and atmosphere

Charged a cleaning fee for a place that was not clean.

Some crockery not too clean & cracked. En-suite shower pressure poor.

Location was close enough to the action to be convenient, but not so close as to be too noisy. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was more than ample, and the included clothes washing machine came in very handy.

Some of the construction in the area and the neighboring hotel were a little noisy, but not a nuisance.

TOO MANY TO LIST all of the problems No hot water for 5 and 1/2 days out of 7. We were so inconvenienced and frustrated. Finally, after coming to the unit 3 times, the owner changed the hot water heater. Why did they not do it the first time that we called. They had excuse after excuse and telling us that we did not know how to turn the faucet from cold to hot water. Can you believe that statement. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was full of mold and dirt. Previous entrees were made on surveys, but the owner did not change the curtain. Hundreds of ants in the tub on a daily basis. Most appliances did not work or need to be fixed. Toilet seat broke and the towel racks and toilet paper holders were broke or loose. We had to clean the entire kitchen and wash the dishes and pans. Some of the pans were so discusting. Dishes and sliverware had food caked on them. It made us sick to look at them. We are still waiting for a second refund from the owner. They sent us one night's rent as of today. That is not acceptable to us. I will never use Booking.com again when I am going to rent a property. Booking.com should not allow this unit to be on the list.

Appartamento ampio con due camere da letto con associati bagni. Salone ampio con due divani letto utilizzabili per altrettanti posti letto. Cucina abitabile con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, micro onde, ben fornita di piatti bicchieri e stoviglie. Ampi balconi completano l appartamento, non nuovo ma ben tenuto. Posizione ottima, a 5minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio a pagamento a due minuti a piedi, ma sulla strada ci sono anche pochissimi posti con strisce bianche, se la fortuna...assiste si risparmiamo almeno 24 euro di parcheggio al giorno. L agenzia che gestisce la struttura è stata molto efficiente e precisa con gli orari.

Location is great--close enough that everything is an easy walk, but much quieter than being right in the middle.

No real complaints! It was a lovely stay!

location was great and convenient to all the sites. condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Francesco was very helpful. Laundry and small market across the street. a larger grocery was within blocks

the lighting in the kitchen and lamps in all the rooms were inadequate. There was a single percolator coffee maker so making coffee for 3 people took a while. There were lovely caffe shops close by thankfully. There was an extremely loud rally for the Napoli soccer team that. went on for 3 to 4 hours across the street one of the nights. The single pane windows were rattling so loud from all the yelling, singing,music playing and fireworks. I am not exaggerating. I had to move to the living room futon and put ear plugs in. It stopped about 11:30pm with fireworks and motorcycles loud til after midnight.
