"Egy szuper hétvége. Minaroban!"

A wellnesrészleg a kinti nagy jakuzzival, az isteni reggelinés vacsora. A Bárban a koktélok. És az hogy kutyabarát a szálláshely.

A szobankbam a padlószőnyeg egy nagy foltban vizes volt és kellemetlen illatú. 1 napig. Gondolom talán más kutyus odapiszkítása után lett feltakarítva. Ez nem baj csak megszáríthattál volna mielott átadják a szobát mert csurom víz lett a zoknink ahogy a szobában sétaltunk.

Minaro Hotel ponúka skutočne vysoký štandard, ktorý pocítite už pri prvom pohľade. Veľkorysé parkovisko s nabíjačkami pre elektromobily, moderný dizajn prítomný vo všetkých priestoroch – od vestibulu, cez bar a reštauráciu až po wellness – vytvárajú výnimočnú atmosféru. Personál je profesionálny, ochotný a mimoriadne príjemný. Gastronomický zážitok bol na vysokej úrovni a wellness pôsobil prémiovo a dokonale prepracovane. Izby sú priestranné a výborne odhlučnené, čo zaručuje maximálny komfort počas pobytu. Úprimne, nenapadá nám nič, čo by sme tomuto hotelu mohli vytknúť. Na záver by sme sa chceli osobitne poďakovať pani na recepcii, ktorá hovorila po slovensky. Vďaka nej bol náš príchod nezabudnuteľným zážitkom – od prvého momentu sme sa cítili vítaní, takmer ako doma. Podrobne nám vysvetlila fungovanie hotela a odporučila skvelé tipy na aktivity v okolí. Jej prístup bol výnimočný a veľmi si ho vážime. Ďakujeme a o rok sme u Vás zas ako na koni.

"Nice facility, great breakfast, but really poor sales team and poor management."

Nice clean staff are friendly

Submitted a special request with the booking, to prebook us for the afternoon sauna sessions, received an email confirmation that they will make sure my guests and I are booked, but the information was never passed on to the wellness team so on arrival they were unaware of any prior arrangements.
