Takarítás: Az alapvető tisztaság rendben volt, azonban több helyen is találtunk port különösebb keresés nélkül. Első éjszaka előtt kaptunk egy kis meglepetést az ágy szélére az nagyon figyelmes volt. Felszolgálás: Több felszolgálóval és szervizvezetővel is találkoztunk, de közülük ketten emelkedtek ki igazán. Az egyik egy magyar felszolgáló volt, akinek sajnos nem tudtuk meg a nevét. Ő volt az egyetlen, aki figyelt a gyermekünkre, és magától felajánlotta a magasító párnát, valamint azonnal hozott gyerek evőeszközt is. A másik kiemelkedő dolgozó Happy volt, aki már az első napon kedvességével és nyitottságával nagyon pozitív élményt adott. Konyha: A konyha sajnos inkább egy erős 3-as az 5-ből. Vacsoránál mindig volt elegendő választék, de az ételekből hiányzott az íz és a precíz elkészítés. Érezhetően sok volt a kész alapanyag. Ebédelni is volt alkalmunk az étteremben, ami ár-érték arányban csalódást okozott. Egy „fine dining” jellegű cordon bleu-t kaptunk, ami három kisebb darabból állt, kevés töltelékkel, íztelenül, ráadásul a panírban még nyers liszt is ott volt. Cukrászat: A cukrászati kínálat viszont kiemelkedő volt, minden alkalommal élményt nyújtott. Szoba: A szobával teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk. Szépen berendezett, kényelmes, jól használható. Közösségi terek: A vízipark és a játszóház jól karbantartott, nem látszik rajtuk elhasználtság. Mini Disneyland, minden vágyat kielégít. A kinti kivilágítás különösen hangulatossá teszi az egész helyet este. Összességében: Pozitív élményekkel távoztunk, és jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük a vendéglátást!
