Location was great, bed comfy.

The smell of weed when we entered the room. The noise from other guests. We were on the ground floor next to the front door. Which guests left to bang shut and noise from outside double glazing would help.. I think a higher appt would be better.

The bathroom was lovely and all was clean and tidy

The milk for coffee wasn’t great my coffee was still black after putting two UHT milks in … I went to buy more milk and there was nowhere in the fridge provided that allows the milk to be stored upright… and then it spilled over the fridge cos I had to put it on its side … The other thing that put me off the property was the carpet going up the stairs is filthy and a real eye soar which lets the whole property down terribly.

Although there were no staff in the building they sent clear instructions on how to access the apartment and were quick to respond when I reported the issue with the hot water. Location is also very central and close to the station.

There was no hot water in the morning and while staff were quick to respond and send someone out, I had an early event and was forced to take a freezing cold shower. Also the room I was in was on the ground floor and it was quite noisy throughout the night with doors slamming. Didn’t help that the couple in the apartment next door were arguing and could be heard through the wall.

Was noisy, window kept banging and mattress was over firm for my liking. Also signal kept going on the tv so was hard to watch anything

Comfortable bed and decent light coverage from the curtains.

The whole room smelt like food, and everything was slightly broken - the hallway light flickered all night, the toilet roll holder was broken, and surfaces were damaged. Felt like overpriced student halls.

Some soap and cooking oil would have helped this tired traveller.
