Studio is in a great location. Staff were very helpfull . Good size room which had everything we needed.

Cobbles not good for me but in such a historic city you cant get away from them.

Overall good! Location was central. Good size room with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

I was on the ground floor so noisy with people coming in & out. Bathroom - needs some TLC with broken tiles & lumpy ceiling. Sink was blocked & the bathroom smelt of sewage!

The bed was large and comfy. The location was excellent. The bathroom was great with a good shower. Plenty of towels were provided. Parking is expensive but very close by.

I was in Studio 4 which is upstairs. The communal areas were grubby with dirty carpets and the handrail and banisters were filthy. I was surprised and disappointed by this. Within the apartment it wasn't possible to use the bathroom light without having the light right by the front door also switched on. Very odd and very inconvenient. There's a tiny kitchenette right beside the bed and coffee making facilities. No tea towel or kitchen paper to dry any dishes is provided. Overall I think the layout could have been improved and certainly a good clean of the entrance hall to the building and stairs is much needed. One final point is that, outside my window, there was a large flag flying which flapped and snapped in the wind. This was annoyingly loud and disturbed my sleep.

The decor has been carefully thought out and it is attractive when you first walk in. The location is excellent and close to all we needed. I had hoped for a bath, but a shower is fine There was a welcome tea/coffee/kettle with biscuits and a lovely selection of shower producats and soap The bed was comfortable The staff were super responsive and accommodating - they really went above and beyond

The window did not stay open and the room was far too hot initially - we eventually found a way to wedge it open and that worked and was comfortable The shower had the plug at the exit point which was a slip hazard and it is one of those box showers where you can only open the door partially to get out. It was wide enough but negotiating to the floor when you are short and feeling safe was an issue for me The towels offered were small bath towels and I wanted somethign larger - in fairness they sourced that swiftly There is mold in the bathroom which i am sure is a problem generally - but it looked a bit bad Our televisiong didn't work and there were no instructions - again - they came in while we were out and about and re tuned it but in fact the signal was poor so we gave up
