It is close to the beach

Staff did not speak much English (and I understand, this is Korea, but if you are targeting tourists who don’t speak your language, hire people with a basic English level at least.) It was the MOST uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It was a spring mattress that had not been changed since a very very long time ago. You could feel every spring in it. Horrible. The parking garage is there but places are not guaranteed, and if you don’t get one, parking around is not easy. The hallways are in very poor condition. The bathroom was poorly maintained, the fixtures were quite stained and the mirror hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There is no laundry facilities, so if like us, you are traveling a cross the country and need to do laundry, this is not the place. There are two hotels in the same building which can be confusing.
