Lähellä kauppaa ja palveluita. Hinta hyvä verrattuna alueeseen yleisesti. Vapaassa käytössä olevat polkupyörät plussaa, vaikka lukot ei toimineetkaan. Rauhallinen, ei kuulunut ääniä viereisistä mökeistä tmv. Hyvät löylyt saunassa.

Siivousjäljessä oli parantamisen varaa. Itse pesimme lattiat tarkasti ja imuroimme sängynaluset ym., joissa oli paljon pölyä ja lattioissa likaa, joten ennen meitä ei oltu siivottu kunnolla. Sauna/suihku haisi pahalle, hielle/märälle. Pefletit tulisi kuulua varustukseen. Tuolit epäkäytännölliset, koko ajan joku löi niihin varpaansa. Jakkarat olisi hyvät. Tasotilaa saisi olla enemmän tavaroille, etenkin keittiössä.
