Não gostei de nada, fiz reserva pra 3 ; pra mim e meus dois filhos adolescentes e meu filho teve que dormir no chão. Só havia uma cama de casal. Eu quis dormir no chão no lugar dele, mas ele insistiu . Disse que preferia ele do que eu. Só com um lençol forrado no chão.On line parecia uma coisa; pessoalmente era outra. Lugar muito apertado e sombrio. O chuveiro começava com água quente e depois esfriava. Pior foi eu ter que ficar dormindo no chão sem ter com quem reclamar. Quando eu entrei só tinha uma moça fazendo limpeza Eu perguntei a ela e ela disse que eu deveria resolver com o site Booking. Tentei entrar em contato e nada. Difícil acesso. O check-in foi feito em uma máquina. Eu já pus no livro de reclamação e quero parte do dinheiro de volta porque às instalações eram pra duas pessoas e olhe lá. Fui enganada
