Everything was amazing but the staff made the stay memorable Esteban makes sure the property is maintained and safe. Lala cooks amazing food, Liz and Co make sure all the needs are meet. They are truly great.

Different, an ok view but…

The rooms with 0 isolation, literally open and you can hear other rooms as if they were just here. Not romantic. Colder temps there, pool closed most of the time. Bathroom outside of sleeping room, and it’s facilities are bad with water splashing. Not romantic.

Amazing food and outstanding staff. Beautiful place, very easy to get to from Mexico City.

This is truly a special get away, their is nothing wrong at all… the staff is incredibly attentive, the rooms and the linen it is definitely a retreat for the soul.. I love it’s a small cozy place, normally retreats tend to go on the yoga/ new age route and this one doesn’t it is unique

The staff is wonderful. Very kind, professional and accommodating. The food was delicious. Everything is cooked on property from fresh ingredients. The beds are very comfortable. Nice getaway from mexico city

We weren't told at the beginning that we have access to the entire retreat facility. The hotel is separated in 2 parts, and we missed out on the main buildings common areas for relaxing and reading. We only found out at the end
