Hotel Weston

Great location for Truist Stadium and very affordable but you get what you pay for…what I thought was a great deal on a Westin property was indeed not.

First Virtual customer service kiosk in the lobby while a live person was standing there was a bit of a turn off. I would rather just present my ID to a human than have to scan it on a kiosk to a stranger on the other side of the world. Second while the property was clean it seemed very unfinished, like I was staying in a college guys apartment with random DIY furniture and fixtures.

The facility was dirty, sheets were not cleaned and there was actual trash and ash from cigarettes in the cabinets. The bathroom had algea/ mold and the sliding glass door was stained and dirty

Very clean

We were by the reception and they were so loud we were woken up at 6 and couldn’t go back to sleep due to the noise

The bed was comfortable

There was mold in the bathroom, the shade was so thin I could clearly see the hotel across the way. As soon as the sun rose it hit us in the face. There was a cream colored stain on one of the couch pillows, the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the room clean. The smell of marijuana hit us as soon as we stopped off the elevator. The floors were so slick (dirty?) I almost fell when I walked into the room. We absolutely HATED this hotel!

Quite, clean

I only had one set of towels in my room had to wait for cleaning lady who took two hours to bring me towels and wasn’t very friendly. Never spoke a word and still only gave one set of towels. She never took my trash or asked did I want service, which I did

Staff was friendly

The presentation of the facility, bad maintenance and building looks like it was falling apart. It did not look like I saw it in the picture provided.
