"Never Again!!!!!!"

Location, Price deal...but the experience was not worth it.

There was a kiosk with a individual's face with a head phone on at the front desk (they were located in FL to) take and verify your reservation in GA and give you room keys. Not real hospitality. Creepy that they were watching as you were in the lobby. Not mentioned in the reservation write up. The walls had all kinds of small marks on all different floors. The half glass in the shower was removed but the hardware remained. Did not see a smoke detector in the room. Had to switch rooms due to only a white blind on a large window and no darker one. The room was close to the highway and businesses and lots of light shines through at night. Not sure they understood why i wanted a different room. Nothing was complete and it did not have a hospitality feeling. Couldn't wait to leave. I had already prepaid (with no refund) so I could not change the reservation. The beds were comfy and the room was large. Still did not feel comfortable being there. Checking out there was no one at the front desk. I checked out by the person on the kiosk. Thought it would have the Westin touch---No Way!!! Never Again!!!

Clean

Robot with remote worker. Not personable and crappy renovations in room. It says soundproof on the listing you could hear people walking up and down the hallways and talking.

"Flat out, the hotel just wasn’t clean."

Location was great

We rented 14 rooms and of the 14 rooms 6 of them had roaches and bugs crawling on the sheets. Manager kept switching our players to other rooms however we eventually had to move a few kids to another hotel altogether. The rooms appeared to be straightened but not cleaned. Ceiling had damage and was caving in, in the room I was in. Several guests from other parties complained and ultimately checked out. We were stuck because we had such a large party.
