"Nice, comfortable and quiet short break with the family."

Very clean and modern house, Open plan Kitchen was great with everything you could need. TV packages were great for the kids (Netflix , Disney etc) for on the night. Bedrooms were good sized and had large comfy beds. Bathrooms were clean with good showers. Location was great, quiet and close to pub and restaurant.

Location perfect walking distance to great pubs and cafes Beach etc beautifully appointed . Immaculate . The best quality rental I have ever come across . Owners should be very proud of this gem

Excellent decoration, classy and comfortable furniture throughout. Small but neat garden with good furniture. Lovely elderly neighbour!!

Very little if anything to dislike. Perhaps a suggestion to add a microwave and toaster for user convenience and probably landlord energy saving.

What an amazing House . We had a 5 day stay in Instow with friends ,, easy walking distance to the sandy beach , 2 bedrooms.have sea views , comfortable House plenty of space and well supplied , nothing missing and spotlessly clean . Definitely didn't want to leave .

Nothing not to like a Modern spacious House in a fab location.
