The floors were dirty. They needed to be mopped. There was mold in the shower just overall unclean. The sheets and towels were clean, which was OK

TWThe balcony is the best part for a diver with their wet equipments, and it's the crucial reason why I chose here. It took a night and my equipment all dry. The free shuttle between the jety and the hotel is convenient, and the only thing I have to do is to make a single call telling where I am. Though the hallway is full of durian smell from other guests, the room still smell free from it. The room has sufficient international sockets, good.
The shower door is a little stupid, since it cannot completely be closed and may stuck with the restroom sink, though it doesn't affect the use of them.

Some staffs just annoyed you when you chatted with them via social media. Cleaning crew frequently missed out certain items when they cleaned your room. Try not use their bath foam and shampoo if you have sensitive skin. Construction works during day time as the hotel is expanding. If you want to book snorkelling trip, try to book direct instead.
