"Skvělá lokalita, za nižší cenu ale spoustu malých nedostatků."

Nízká cena, skvělá lokace, spoustu nábytku a užitečných spotřebičů, 2 balkony, garáž v ceně.

Poměrně malá obývací místnost, nepohodlné židle, bez klimatizace, spoustu zbytečných věcí po bytě (žebřík, 2 televize ve skříních apod.), některé postele neuspokojivé. Digestoř nefunkční, málo zásuvek, které jsou již dost staré.
