Muito legal, bem aconchegante e próprio para amigos passarem na noite. Mesmo com instalaçoes rústica oferece ar condicionado. Eu gostei bastante pois era para passar a noite e aproveitar pipa, o dono é bem prestativo,

O portão poderia fechar melhor, assim como as janelas.
