Response of staff on WhatsApp is amazing. Restaurant at lower level is great..amazing coffee Location is great for events at xbionic

Check in is bit complicated Bed broke in middle of night.. but it was fixed next morning..

Very nice hotel. Spacious modern rooms. There is everything for comfort stay, including airconditioner, kettle and mini fridge. Nice roof garden on the 2nd floor for smokers. At least two restaurants are available in 2-3 minutes walk. Tesco store is next door from the hotel. Nice helpful and friendly hotel staff. Thank you)

There was no curtain in bathroom. Probably it is the matter of hygiene...

"Clean, nice room, shame about the access and location"

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and large There was air con which worked well Fruit bowl on arrival USB charging points by the beds

The hotel is located in an unused shopping centre There is no one on a reception desk on arrival you have to faff around downloading Alfred to get a WiFi key, which didn’t work straight away, the corridors were dark and it felt a bit scary wondering around a building trying to find a room with no staff at the hotel Our room overlooked the roof of Tesco and the front of Tesco which wasn’t great although convenient for grabbing a sandwich There were no English channels on the tv and the Netflix button didn’t work The pillow was huge but had hardly any stuffing

1.Very nice and attentive staff, WhatsApp contact since booking. 2. Online check in and out. 3. Comfortable and clean room.

Still the same - neighborhood: shopping center , bad smell from pizzeria downstairs, guys drinking at night and vomiting on the pavement.
