Ceuta Terrace Suites

Location was good. Room was comfortable.

When you book a hotel, you expect a place where you can get leave your things safely and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, none of this was true. Although the hotel is good, the noise from the street really disturbs your sleep. We were on the 1st floor, and the windows are not double glazed, so every single noise came through. Furthermore, one of my friend's clothes was stained with bleach, which the hotel claims they only use in the bathroom, and that it would be impossible to have it stained. But it never left the hotel room, so it happened there. The hotel denied to refund her for the recently bought sweater. Also, the name of the hotel is Ceuta Terrace, and during our stay, the Terrace was not available due to construction work, so breakfast was at the basement of the hotel, so we could not enjoy the terrace nor the views.

Larger than average room, had a coffee machine and refrigerator. Great location.

We had a meal included but could not take advantage of it because they didn't open until 8:00. They could not do a take away for us.

Personnel très sympathique, la chambre toujours propre et l’hôtel en plein centre-ville c’est parfait pour tout voir.

El horario del desayuno, ya que al coger excursiones que empezaban pronto, solo pudimos desayunar un día.

Great location and gorgeous rooftop! The staff were so friendly and helpful with storing our belongings until check in and getting an early shuttle to the airport. A small but major thing for our group was the wonderful water pressure in the shower.

It was a bit confusing at first to get into the building, but a quick call cleared things up!

Location is great.

1. The room, especially the bathroom, smelled of sewage. 2. The property frontage is not nice, looks like an old abandoned building. 3. Breakfast was very limited.
