Ceuta Terrace Suites

The continental breakfast was lovely. The staff put alot of effort into being welcoming and making sure we had a really nice breakfast experience. Thank you! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Other than the pull out couch, the beds were very comfortable.

The pull out couch itself was not comfortable, but once we put the mattress on the floor it was perfectly fine. The balcony seemed unsafe so we simply kept the door locked at all times so our children would not go out on it. The wooden hallway floor and part way into the bedroom was uneven - clearly from water damage - but clean.

Bon emplacement à quelques minutes du centre historique. Le personnel, en particulier les dames présentes au petit-déjeuner, était très avenant. Très bonne communication en amont de notre séjour. Chambre spacieuse, bien tenue. Bonne literie (hormis pour le canapé lit).

Rue très bruyante, que ce soit la nuit ou au petit matin.. Et quelle déception d'apprendre que la terrasse était fermée au moment de notre séjour.. le petit-déjeuner était servi au niveau -1, dans une salle pas du tout insonorisée. Petit-déjeuner correct, sans plus.

It is clean. The material used for the floor and the walls are of very good quality. Wood, limestone and granite. It is close to all the good spots you want to visit. The bed is very comfortable. You have two choices of pillows.

The hotel is in renovation. There is no lobby and no terrace.

Buen trato en recepción, lugar muy limpio y acogedor. El desayuno estuvo rico aunque debería haber más variedad y proteínas.

No poder salir a la terraza ni tener indicaciones al respecto sobre su uso.
