I NEED REFUND AMOUNT WE DID NOT OCCUPIED ,NO POWER ,NO STAFF THEY ARE COLLECT FULL AMOUNT BEFORE CHECK IN SERVICE VERY POOR WE ARE LEAVING FEW MINITUS KINDLY CHECK AND REFUND AMOUNT NO BODY RESPONSE THANKS

room was clean compliementery breakfast is nice tat too with morning tea or coffee based on our perferrence

Everything was fine not as expected

I booked for 17-18 and i informed the property that i am checking on 18 mrng, and timings on bookings. Com was not clear , so i thought check in will start from 17th night 12 o. Clock, after getting into the hotel only I came to know it was afternoon 12 so the staff told cancel the booking in app and they will refund the payment which I was paid partially, do u booked new room and also got call from treebo stating that they will refund, but I never got refund for that, it's really disappointing
