Reef Haven Belize

Going to a Margaritaville Resort has been on my bucket list for a while. It was beautiful and the staff were amazing.

There weren't many people staying at the resort. I didn't know it was the start of the slow season.

Not much variety of food, no activities in pool or hotel, barely no staff at night, only one boat to San Pedro 7am returning 5pm.

El hotel es una belleza, a pesar de lo lejos que esta, lo ideal es planificar con tiempo el viaje y organizar los horarios para tener una experiencia satisfactoria, en cuanto al personal realmente son personas super serviciales, y definitivamente hacen que la estadia sea de esas que merecen dar una recomendacion, desde el momento en el que llegas al hotel se siente la amabilidad y el esfuerzo de cada uno de ellos por hacer que las vacaciones sean totalmente inolvidables, al principio estaba un poco molesta pues despues de reservar me di cuenta que habia que hacer un pago extra en el hotel de $45 dolares por noche por habitacion pero despues de ver todas las amenidades que se incluyen con ese pago extra vale la pena. Mis felicitaciones para todo el personal de hotel que definitivamente hacen la diferencia entre este y otros hoteles.

Everyone was great! The chef came out to see us. The food at the resort was delicious. Lots of fish off the dock for snorkelling. We loved it!

If you truly want to get away from it all this is your place to go. It is the 2nd northern most resort from San Pedro. Very quiet, but beautiful. The staff was great.

Wonderful resort! I will definitely be back.

Everyone, please read this before you go. It is far from town! The drive is painful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend looking at other options. It's like the owners of this resort stranded everyone on this side of San Pedro and over priced everything to scam the guests! The food was horrible! I feel bad for Ken! He's so lovely and deserves to run a better place because this place is a dump. I would never again return to my life. We left early; this could've ruined our entire trip, and the worst part about this dump is that the prices are so high!!!

The facility is new and beautiful. The pool and pier are great. The service staff is very kindly however wait and bar staff need more training and supplies. Barn had no soda water, tonic, ran out of draft beer, Usually took a long time to get a drink or meal service/
