Максимально неприветливый персонал, даже поздороваться не могут, не говоря уже об улыбке. Мы жили на 4м этаже. Из 3х дней, 2 дня лифт не работал. Сказали, что завтрак с 8 до 11ти, когда мы пошли после 8ми, нам сказали, что не готово и НАЧНУТ готовить в 8... В итоге мы смогли позавтракать только 1 раз. Телевизор не работал, номер вызова ресепшена на телефоне тоже не работал. Раковина размером в ладонь, вода вся выливается наружу. Не советую данный отель. Выбрали чисто из-за месторасположения, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Это единственный плюс.

"Could have been better."

The breakfast was good. The location is also good, right in the old downtown.

Reception guy was quite ignorant and not friendly. Only on second day I figured out where the breakfast is served. Unfortunately, AC didn't have a heating option, and it was cold in the room.

"J’ai du quitter l’hôtel au bout d’une nuit car impossible de rester dans une chambre d’hôtel dans cette état !"

Ne ressemble absolument pas à ce qu’on voit sur les photos

Le personnel pas à l’écoute, propreté négligé, un énorme trou dans le mur, pas de couette pour 2 personnes et surtout sale!

Staff have no clue of what is customer service. Make no effort to help you. Calling from room to reciption, expect no one to answer. No Shower hot water, took too long to fix the boiler.

Oda temiz değildi, nevresimlerden odanın örümceğine banyodaki saçlardan tüle perdeye kadar çok pis bırakılmış kesinlikle iğrenerek kaldık. Berbat bir deneyimdi asla tavsiye etmiyorum fotoğraflarda görünenle alakası yok.
