Anchor Hot tub suite in Lytham St Annes

Super clean, brilliant responsive host, spacious and mostly comfy. Hot tub wonderful.

Nothing we didn't like! Just a couple of larger food bowls would be great!.

Wonderfully presented property. Great facilities. The hot tub was a great addition especially after a long day walking.

Only draw back is there was only one bathroom.

Location was really good, beautiful area. Great communication before arrival and a handy welcome book on arrival. Beds super comfy and bedding was luxurious. Plenty of towels. Lots of mirrors and vanity station for getting ready. Lovely carpets and wood floor throughout. Double glazing, you can’t hear a thing. Easy and convenient parking just outside the entrance door. Everything you need for self catering Huge hot tub. Good outdoor area and private.

Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Hot tub was way too chlorinated. Bathroom fan didn’t work, given no window it was like sauna, especially when in a queue of a family of 5 and floor grout needs tidying up. Shower taps temperamental, we struggled to regulate the heat. Not sure if it was a street drain issue but we experienced a really unpleasant smell in the apartment both, only through the night for both nights and definitely needs investigating, mainly in the main bedroom.

Absolutely loved this property was a bit of heaven quiet peaceful safe and secure the house itself was in prestige condition and is very well maintained the hot tub and play area was an added bonus which the whole family loved the owner was very attentive and was always there to reach the whole stay this has to be my favourite holiday let and we will return in a heartbeat I thought 4 days was enough but I was wrong could happily stay a lot longer.

Perfect location, everything we needed . Excellent short walk to the pier , 0.7 miles from three fishes( a superb chippy) and a ten minute walk from ALLEGRIA the Italian in the square . The house had everything we needed, spacious , clean , fab hot tub , comfy bed and loved ice machine . Tom was the perfect host .
