足の小指に怪我をしましたら、優しく声をかけて下さいさいました、スリッパや、BANDエイドをくださり、大変有難いです、朝食のバイキングは日本蕎麦が美味しいです、泊まる時楽しみです、お風呂の後のアイスクリームが小さくてちょうどよい大きさに冷たく喉ごしさっぱりでした、小指の切傷がベッド🛌のシーツを汚しました、笑顔で優しく応対して下さいました、ありがとう🙏ございます

Japanese breakfast was good. We love the Onsen in the hotel. Room was great and clean except the bad smell at the wash basin.

There was a bad smell at the wash basin. We could not figure out where exactly the smell came from. Please fix this issue. Parking should be made free of charge for the guests,

"Wished we could have stayed longer!"

We loved the onsen and the breakfast buffet, but the room was nice too. We only stayed one night and definitely regretted that we didn't have a few more nights to enjoy the facilities and amenities.

The walk from the train was just a little longer than we expected, but it was overall very close to everything.
