"bad coustomer servece lead to bad hotel to stay"

I have booked this property fpr 18-19/12/2022, I went to have my room after lond time traveling, I met one of their front desk peson, I showed him my confirmation that you emailed it to me, He said you are in the list, I told him that I confirmed my reservation, But he did not allowed me to explane him, but reply go and see another hotel, It had bad experience with them and cost me extra moent and time, My advise to contact them and see why this was happened

Good location near the beach and train station . Nice stuff. Good price

No trash can in the room. Only One small towel. Not a nice view from the window. No light in the corridor in the evening, it is difficult even open the door. Old ragged bad sheets...
