Immaculate 1-Bed Apartment in Merthyr Tydfil

The location is amazing with a gorgeous view. The facilities are perfect for a couple. We had a long day and were very tired and when we arrived it felt like a home away from home, loved it.

Such a lovely apartment. Beautiful tall ceilings, cosy lighting, the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in & decor was calming and chic.

Nothing! It was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful interior, everything you could want was in there including the little details. It was like home from home.

There wasn’t anything.

The property was well located with access to plenty of shops and places to visit. It’s very clean and spacious with a nice view over the town. Modern and stylish decor. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside was the timer could have been a little longer for the auto lights for the bathroom. As they did go off whilst in the shower. Which proved to be a little difficult in the dark.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Very spacious apt with extremely comfortable bed. Excellent and very clean facilities. Tea coffee sugar etc was supplied. Off St parking. Great uncomplicated communication. We met owner Jamie who couldn't have been friendlier. And the location was great, both for access to bars and restaurants ( we had excellent meals in The New Crown and Casa Bianca, both less than 10 minutes walk), and for proximity to the Brecon Beacon mountains.

Nothing. This is an excellent place to stay.

It was a perfect place to stay at whilst we enjoyed the slopes at Bike Park Wales. There was even a safe bike storage outside. Everything was comfortable and spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

The shower water could have been a bit warmer - maybe the shower overall needs upgrading a little.

Spacious and well presented. Convenient to town centre and massive Tesco Supermarket; good view from balcony.

Host had not adequately considered of the needs of overseas guests staying for a week; we needed to ask for some items - hand towels, tea towel, exchange of bath towels. To the host’s credit, they were readily provided once requested but it would have been nice to if there were already there - as has been our experience with all other places. Motion activated (only) light in hall and bathroom with no override. Meant lights would go off whilst in shower and shaving, leaving me in total darkness until kicked a foot out of shower door or walked away from basin whilst shaving to reactivate light. Overcame issue but an unnecessary inconvenience. Two small inconveniences but things that make the difference between an acceptable experience and an exceptional one.

Great property, beautiful view of the hills from the balcony. Easy parking on the driveway. Everything clean and comfortable.
