"Perfect for a night between flights"

The property is right across the bridge to go to the airport. The restaurant at the top is a veranda and the breakfast was amazing ! Anything you need was available there, I ordered an omelette and it was great. The transfer to the airport is 15min, it’s perfect for a one night stop.

A tiny window view a view of the back of the building next to it. Useless, Expensive room for a no window room.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und das Internet ist sehr schnell. Das ist super zum arbeiten.

Die Preisgestaltung des Wäsche Service ist verrückt. Mir wurde keine Preisliste gezeigt. Ich dacht das dieser Service ein Teil des Hotels wäre. Am Ende versuchte man mir unverschämte 25$ abzubuchen. Für die gleiche Anzahl an Wäsche habe ich in Dubai 6$ bezahlt. Manche Mitarbeiter sind in diesem Hotel ziemlich inkompetent. Es bräuchte mal eine Schulung im Service.

"Тотальная некомпетентность"

Я забронировала номер и оплатила его в приложении букинга. По приезде персонал отказался меня заселять и требовал снова оплатить на месте. Аргументы, что с карты уже списали деньги слушать никто не хотел. Было много стресса. Через букинг так и не заселили, наотрез отказались. Отель сам не в курсе на каких условиях работает с агрегаторами. Букинг позже в официальном письме подтвердил, что оплата была списана и отель НЕ ДОЛЖЕН БЫЛ требовать ещё раз оплатить на месте.
