I stayed there 6 different days and they put a 300.00 hold on my card. 50 per day I still have not received my funds. I call and spoke with the Manager he told me tht he was sending me a receipt and Never did. They put holds on your card but do not like to give you your money back

Amazing place to stay! The Breakfast was the best! The staff was great! The room was clean and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Near everything we were wanting to go and do! Thank you!! We will be back!!

Staff had an attitude, then hit me with a $50 dollar room incidental before I had no choice but to book. Didn’t know the hot water in the room didn’t work till the following morning. And then I told the front desk expecting a discount they simply said see you next time”

"Amazing Guest Room"

I was amazed by our room. Such a great layout and so clean. Couldn't have asked for more in a room. The thermostats are confusing and hard to have privacy in the bedrooms when they are the only thing that make the living area warm/cold. And it would be SO great to have a vent fan in the bathroom. Very rare in hotels nowadays but would be huge.

I was initially worried that parking isn't secure, but I guess that is really seattle! There is a security camera in the parking lot, re-assuring, especially since we had a big, expensive BBQ in the back of our suv. When we arrived, staff was super awesome! We received a free drink and "light snacks" ended up being pulled pork tacos, plenty for dinner! so we stayed in the bar/food area for quite a bit longer before even going to our room! Every person that we encountered for 2 days was super friendly! on our way out, the gal at reception recognized us and greeted us very warmly, very nice to get that kind of treatment. We will definitely go back to this location!
