My Family and I had an amazing experience at Staybridge Suites in San Antonio Lackland. The customer service was beyond excellent and every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Property was clean and staff was excellent. Manager (Naisha Davis) is very professional and awesome!
This place was perfect! It was close to Lackland AFB, we were in town for a graduation. We wanted a place for 4 ppl to stay comfortably. Our suite had two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with daily housekeeping services if needed, which you can’t get with a vacation rental. It was clean, tidy and well maintained. Front office staff were friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff, when requested, were there within minutes to help take our trash and provide fresh clean towels. Breakfast was a good variety of hot foods, cereal, pastries and juices (hot coffee and cocoa too). We only had breakfast once bc we had to be on base before 6am for the two days of graduation.
I overall enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel. What brought the stars down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. There was hair in the shower, and the toilet was disgusting. I did address this with the front desk and they assured me i would receive points, I’m not sure if I’ve received them as of yet.
Very clean room and hotel.
The room was very clean and refresh service was good every day. Staff were helpful and everything worked well. The hotel is a very short distance from Seaworld.
Great overall experience. A little ways past where we came off. It’s like the next right after all the baggage stuff. It’s right there on the left-hand side.
