It was well heated camps.

They Did not have flush toilets as they mentioned. They wrongly promote flush toilets in all camps. We had a pump one and my friend had a one where he needed to use saw dust. The manager on site was extremely rude. Extremely and I am.not even exaggerating.

Location was good

The listing showed a standard bathroom in the photos, but the room we were assigned had a composting toilet instead. There was also no hot water available. When we raised these concerns with the host (Erin), the response was dismissive and confrontational. We were told that we should use a friend’s bathroom and shower if we wanted hot water or a standard bathroom. Given that we were traveling with families and children and had paid for individual rooms based on the listing description, this was not a reasonable solution. The amenities provided did not match what was advertised, and the interaction with the host did not reflect professional or hospitable communication.
