Aquasun Hotel Phu Quoc

After enjoying lunch with my wife at the ground floor dinning restaurant i took the group of friends and went for dinner at the sky lounge as it was advertised. There is no setup for dining but tables were arranged.. staff struggled communicating, but after a big effort from goggle translator we managed to order food and drinks. The view is great, 30 minutes later we had to ask for our drinks.. it took another 10 minutes.. and drinks arrived, Two of our friends were told that some meals were not available, so they had to change their order.. 30 minutes later meals started arriving, someone in the kitchen decided to replace steamed rice with fries, we took the fries as we were starving..but ordered the rice as extra.., still two of my friends waiting for their duck dish, more than 1 hour??, still no rice… one pizza arrived, wrong topping.. Cancelled the pizza, staff clearly embarrassed.. Duck arrived, poorly cooked. My friend asked for rice again, third time after one hour waiting, this time he was told that the kitchen run out of rice.. Worst dining experience in Vietnam. Young staff friendly but without training, supervisor, manager NON EXISTENT. Really in urgent need of TRAINING in restaurant operations. Y

This didn't impact our stay too much, but the only thing was that the pool wasn't very clean.

Ok hotell med stort rum, men är ju inte sånt hotell man vill bo på sånt här ställe. Rätt ocharmigt. Vi bytte till bo på närliggande resort vid stranden. Läget på hotellet är dock bra, nära till restauranger och strand. Frukosten var stökig och högljöd. Man ville mest därifrån. Passade inte oss alls. Trevlig personal.

Superb hotel beautiful accommodation everything u can walk beach 100 metres 10 to 10 breakfast superb staff so nice

Enjoyed my stay here,very relaxing. There's a good pool on the roof with a bar and food menu's although I never found it too busy when there.
