convenient location

dirty walls, old doors ( unable to close the door in the bathroom) no soap to wash our hands. room was booked for 2 guests only one bath towel was provided - when I have asked for 2nd towel I was told pay 10zl. no hot water in bathroom issue was fixed next morning. paid 220 zl - not worth the price. Hoste was cold in the room heating not working when I have asked how to turn the radiator - I was told that it is may and the heating is off. bear in mind beginning of may was unusually cold this year. overall quite depressing Hostel. I would not recommend to anyone. book only if desperate

Close to the train and bus stations

The room stinks of smoke.The bed linen looked dirty. It was noisy at 3 am already

We arrived after the reception was closed and we discovered a room without a sink and without towels... I do not recommend going there under any circumstances

Some men all the time were talking and smoking in the corridor on the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom!!! Had to sleep in the clothes as the blankets didn't look fresh. Didn't get my money back for the second night, even I decided to move out to another place after the first night. The worst place I've ever seen rented on Booking. I just must not be here on Booking. Especially for the 140 euro for 2 nights.

This hostel was only available at the last minute when I booked it for mother and daughter arriving the same night. We are very grateful to the stuff especially to the Ukrainian speaking lady Yana who called us and explained how to get to the hostel so late at night.

Really nothing much... the room was comfortable enough for such a short stay... There were not towels in the bathroom and no toilet paper ... but probably it was in the rules, we didn't see it.

This is not a hostel, it is a homeless shelter. It is cold, dirty and there is no security. Anyone just walks in and out at any time they want. The rug in the room had not been cleaned in years. I have nothing good to say about this place.

I was woken up at 3:30 am by two people drinking and smoking in the room. I asked politely for them to stop but they became aggressive. I called the emergency number (because drunk people smoking in the room is an emergency for me) but the person who answered told me "what did you expect, you booked a bed in a mixed dorm". She then told me to try other rooms and maybe one of them would be open. I have stayed in many hostels all over the world, this is by far the worst. You will not be safe here.
